Shipping and Handling FAQ
Whether framed or unframed, secure packing and shipping are handled here in the studio from start to finish. When shipping overseas, works are generally sent with a mainline courier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. All shipments include a tracking number and are fully insured.
Each shipment is unique, so please be in touch with us with the piece you’re purchasing together with the shipping location and we will get back to you in a timely manner. Please fill out the Contact Form or call the studio.
Art Reproduction Definitions
Giclee Print Reproduction – Giclee Printing is a state-of-the-art digital printing process. The quality is outstanding and the result is a print that is as true to the original as possible. Inks are Archival and the print workshop we work with is one of the best in Israel.
Paper Print – piece is printed on high-quality textured fine art print paper.
Canvas Print Size – this is the size of the piece once mounted on wood stretchers. Also can be referred to as the “Image Size”.
Rolled Canvas Print – Receive your canvas print rolled in a tube. You will notice that the actual size of the canvas is about 3” (7 cm) larger than the “image size” on each side. This extra canvas is used to wrap around the wood stretchers. Upon arrival, take to an experienced framer to have the piece mounted on wood stretchers. Then, either hang up as is, or add a frame to further enhance the piece.
Stretched Canvas Print – Receive your piece already mounted on wood stretchers. Piece is all set and ready to hang.
Framing
A beautiful supply of high quality imported wood frames, which Moshe has personally hand selected to complement his work, is maintained in the studio. All matting materials are museum quality and acid free. The frame and matte combinations will give your piece a stunning finish.
Once you have selected the artwork you want to purchase, click on “framed” and go ahead and complete your purchase. Be sure to include your contact info (email/phone#/WhatsApp#) and the studio will be in touch to present frame options. Due to the dynamic nature of frame stock it is not possible to itemize the choices here.
Framing is available for all domestic and international orders. Please note:
For local delivery or orders with studio collection (no shipping), artwork can be framed with glass.
For international shipping, the artwork can be framed with plexiglass or framed without glass. It has been our experience that framed artwork shipped without glass can be completed easily at a local framer.
