A segulah for the home or workplace authored by the famed Rabbi Moshe Teitelbaum (1759-1841) known as the Yismach Moshe. He was the Rebbe in Ujhel, Hungary and a close disciple of the Chozeh of Lublin. He was instrumental in bringing Chassidic Judaism to Hungary. The text is entirely Kabbalistic in nature.
Commissioned by a prominent Judaica collector in 2008, the original artwork took approximately a year and a half to complete. The original was created on Parchment using a combination of Scribal Calligraphy (STaM writing), Egg Tempra, Gold Gouache, Pastel and Papercutting. The piece contains the text in the center surrounded by gold lattice work and vines. Each of the corners contains a mini-painting depicting a Mitzvah relevant to the home.
Permission to reproduce the work was granted by the owner and I am proud to be able to offer this piece to the public as a Limited-Edition Giclee Print Reproduction. The piece is available on paper or canvas.
** If you prefer canvas and need the piece shipped, consider ordering the piece unstretched. This will allow the canvas to be shipped rolled and will greatly reduce the shipping cost. A local professional framer will be able to stretch the canvas onto a wooden frame for a nominal fee.
Edition size is limited to 180 pieces.
Each piece comes with certificate of authenticity of Giclee print technique.
